Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • Initialize and manage relationships with clients. Focal point of contact with prospective and existing clients. Identify and educate prospective customers whilst supporting existing clients with information and assistance. Responsible for communicating the benefits of our services to drive sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service interactions i.e., phone calls, email correspondences, WhatsApp
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Keep abreast of best sales practices and promotional trends
  • Track relevant KPIs
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate where necessary
  • Nurture long-term relationships with our clients
  • Pass along feedback from clients to help us build/develop better services
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Provide advice to clients on purchasing services
  • Take and process orders
  • Up-sell or cross-sell our services
  • Perform miscellaneous job-relation duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements

  • HND
  • 0 - 2 years work experience.

  • Familiar and comfortable working with computers, devices, Office tools and the internet.
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to empathize with clients and convey confidence
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
