Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all customer inquiries on all social media platforms and via phone calls
  • Compile all customer engagement reports
  • Contribute ideas to boost and improve customers’ total experience of the Arami brand
  • Develop customer feedback surveys quarterly
  • Perform customer consultations - provide solutions and recommendations to customers’ skin-related issues and check for customers’ understanding and acceptance
  • Educate customers on new product features and functions
  • Develop innovative ideas for customer retention & loyalty programs
  • Other functions assigned by the line manager

Requirements / Required Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any field from a reputable university
  • At least 2 years experience in the Customer Relations Management
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick decision making
  • Patience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Great communication and time management skills
  • Ability to complete tasks on time with little supervision
