Our company is an international freight forwarding and sea cargo Shipping company and customs clearing agent. Our logistics company handles both international and domestic door to door shipping services for companies and individuals with their cargo delivery options.

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Help customers by responding to their queries which may come online, telephonically or in person.
  • Assists customers by referring them to individuals within the organization who are best suited to help them.
  • Retains customers by providing solutions to their problems.
  • Attracts new customers by answering product and service questions that potential customers may have.
  • Helps clients by responding to their queries within the shortest possible time.
  • Enhances client customer experience by giving them the correct solutions to their queries.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, B.Sc Degree with 0-1 year experience.
