Ekesons Parcel Services Limited is an indigenous courier company based in Nigeria that provides courier and logistics services. EPS Courier has an efficient mailing and parcel delivery network and an outstanding haulage and cargo infrastructure making it possible for us to deliver both light and heavy customer parcels to locations all over Nigeria.

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Jibowu, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental customer service.
  • Handling appointments, queries, incoming calls & complaints from customers and company.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate support team.
  • Provide general customer support.
  • Work with the sales team by following up on appointments with customers.
  • Impute and update customers’ records.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 / month.
