Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Call Centre)
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Requirement

  • Interested candidates should possess an MSc / BSc / HND / OND / NCE qualification.

Salary

  • N20,000 - N55,000 monthly.
