  • Checking customer's credit ratings with banks.
  • Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments.
  • Negotiating re-payment plans.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are cleared for payment.
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
  • Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
  • Providing accounts information to internal departments.
Requirements
  • Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at at levels
  • Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products and accounting software Programmes
  • Prior experience with systems inducing invoice discounting

  • Leads in execution of strategic and tactical business plans.
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel E-commerce strategy.
  • Develop social media calendar and content for all relevant channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. while representing voice of brand in all discussions on social media sites.
  • Manage relationship with customers, merchants, and other partners to ensure quality customer service on products/services, including delivery fulfillment through the company's logistics channel.
