Due to internal expansion, they are looking to fill in the role below:       Job Title: Product Specialist - General Industry (MRE Water Treatment) Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers Reports Directly to: The Senior Business Manager, Lagos Indirectly to: the Senior Manager Job Summary

  • To develop the MRE water treatment business in the General Industry and ensure a robust revenue and steady growth from sale of the products to the EPC, end users and water corporations.
Main Responsibilities
  • Identify application areas on client sites and make appropriate proposal on the benefits and usage of the products.
  • Identify key companies/ operators in the general industry to engage
  • Make regular customer visits with presentations to showcase products & applications
  • Follow up quotations submitted to ensure speedy closeout
  • Working with Trading/ marketing companies to position/ showcase our stock product at the open market where we do not have footprints.
  • Organise workshops for project engineers, trading companies on our products and their applications
  • Position our stock items to these identified markets to support them at a faster rate.
  • Identify application that requires the new products
  • Follow up leads as a result of the visits and presentations made.
  • make visits and presentations to teams and project engineers identified to showcase the benefits of the new product
  • Identify potential Engineering companies working on this sector as to introduce/ adopt product on their project
  • Make specific presentations to the identified engineering firms and end users of this products
  • Identify and recommend as most appropriate, technical assistance for key customers
  • Prospect for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers
  • Prepare and make effective product presentations to clients.
  • Understand full working of Joint Venture Partners and any new technology.
  • Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports, tenders and presentations that will win the company contracts in on-going and up-coming projects.
  • Define strategy for relating with each customer group and create a Customer Relationship Plan per group
  • Collate client – specific intelligence and produce weekly reports
  • Generate Work orders, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO)

Minimum Education
  • A University Degree in related field. Relevant Certification is an added advantage.
  • Or at least a HND in Mechanical Engineering.

      Job Title: Senior Field Service Engineer, Pumps & Compressors Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Reports to: Senior Rotating Equipment Manager. Job Summary
  • Offer aftermarket service support for all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products sold and other repair services that generate income for the company both in the Service centre and offsite operations. Ensuring that the operational activities are executed in line with the confirmed RE programs and ensuring that all QHSE documented requirements and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in technical query resolution on OEM products and support supply chain and product specialist with information and intelligence in winning bids.
Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overhaul, repair, installation and servicing of company OEM equipment both in the workshop and field locations (i.e. pumps compressors and generators)
  • Responsible for provision of technical support in promoting sales of OEM Products.
  • Bring up proposals on income generation drive for the service centre.
  • Daily reporting on field and workshop operations.
  • Proper diagnosis of problems reported by clients on their equipment
  • Articulate Technical reporting of findings on equipment defects
  • Teaching the other FSEs basic electrical practices
  • Find long lasting solution to problems diagnosed on defective equipment.
  • Proper and effective use of company’s tools and equipment.
  • Ensure safety standards and procedures are adhered to both in the workshop and on sites.
  • Ensure adequate use of personal protective equipment both in the workshop and work sites.
  • Corporate representation of the company in client’s facilities

  • Effective execution of any other duties that may be assigned by the management
Minimum Qualifications
  • First Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Rotating Equipment Technical certification.
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience as a Rotating Equipment engineer.
  • Very conversant with the oil and gas industry (upstream)
  • Must have an eye for details and be meticulous
