ETX-NG (Electronic Transcripts and Documents Exchange in Nigeria) is the name given to the Electronic Academic Document Exchange and Certificate Verification System for Nigeria owned by ETX Solutions Nigeria Limited. It is a technology platform, acting as a electronic and transcript clearing house, exchange and a certificate verification system that will allow schools of education, polytechnics, colleges, and universities in Nigeria and abroad to send and receive transcripts between each other as well as provide certificate verification data to corporate organisations in a secure, trusted environment.

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We’re looking for a rigorous individual who will be the first point of contact for employees, with a desire to help structure HR processes, keeping in mind the employee's experience at all time. We’re a fast growing company, so we need people who are going to roll-up their sleeves and make things happen.
- We are looking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You are expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- To ensure success, we expect you to display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and payroll as it relates to Nigeria. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Assist with the development of policies and performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
- Exposure to Nigeria Labour Laws and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
We are looking to employ a business development professional that will have three primary responsibilities:
- Identify new sales leads
- Pitch products and/or services
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Generating Leads
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Making Sales:
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Maintaining Existing Relationships:
- Social communication - from simple chats on the phone to lunches, periodic newsletters and events or conferences you will be required to keep customers happy.
- Documentation is also a big part of the work as you will be required to write reports and provide feedback to upper management
Requirements
- The education requirement can be any Social Science Degree (Bachelor's or Master's Degree)
