Job Title: Healthcare Center Manager

Location: Lagos

Reporting Lines: Business Development /Healthcare Centre Operations Manager

Job Summary

  • The Healthcare Centre Manager is responsible for the implementation of business strategies to meet organisational goals and generate revenue to the business day-to-day operational management of the faculty through implementation of policies, procedures and programs.
  • The ultimate goal is to assure a profitable and well managed facility with emphasis on delivering quality healthcare to the patient.

Job Description

  • Devise and implement revenue generating initiatives
  • Monitor and manage staff in their daily performance.
  • Ensure quality patient cantered service is delivered at all times
  • Provide specific measurable goals and target for all staff
  • facilitate regular staff meetings to support communications, deliver training and ensure compliance to health and safety regulations.
  • provide ongoing recommendations that supports improvement. productivity, quality, patient care, excellent customer service and team work.
  • Responsible for effective use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) including oversight of staff usage, coordination of training, and patient flow
  • implement health centreand staff schedules to optimise staffing levels and patient flow to ensure efficient operations and excellent patient care.
  • Responsibly manage documents and reports that include, but not limited to, Quality Assurance, equipment maintenance, Accounts payable and receivable, mandatory training files, on site HR records and other statistical reports as needed
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Overseeing stock level and ordering of inventory for medical and office supplies
  • Ensure equipment are maintained and operational

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / H.N.D in Public health, Public Administration, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a similar capacity

Job Description

  • The Graphics Designer will be responsible for support the digital content & Graphics Design Manager in producing branded content for the different marketing and communication activities of our companies and products.
  • S/he will create and execute the various marketing content in line with our brand expression, and the marketing and communications needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Working with approved agencies or Digital & Graphics CommunicationsManager for creating content- for various marketing materials.
  • Creating content for print- brochure, flyers, proposal, etc – and electronic, website, blogs, newsletter, social media, etc- platforms.
  • Implementing approved brand identity plans.
  • Producing content and managing the various digital footprints of the company newsletter, in a timely manner and with the wideset reach.
  • Managing a both social media channels with the aim to increase engagement and increase followership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any related field.
  • Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Welcome patients into the Centre
  • Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
  • Maintain and manage patient records
  • Assist patients to complete all necessary medical forms and documentation
  • Schedule patients for appointments
  • Input patient's details into Electronic Medical Records/ IT Systems
  • Offer guidance on where patients can go within the Health centre
  • Answering queries from patients and other staff
  • Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
  • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • First degree from a reputable institution
