Job Title: Hotel Account Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Preparing the payroll
- Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management
- Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue
- Ensuring legislation is followed regarding VAT and PAYE
- Producing an accurate set of rnonth.end accounts, with cornparisons to forecasts and previous periods
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND Accounting, ACA an added advantage
Job Title: Head of Account
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Prepares budget and monitors performance.
- Analyze arid interpret Financial information that corporate executives need in order to make sound business decisions,
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports for other subsidiaries including stock holders, creditors, regulatory agencies and tax authorities.
- Financial forecasting and planning.
- Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior managements
- Ensuring legislation is followed regaining VAT and PAYE
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND Accounting, ACA an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of Peachtree accounting package
- 5-8years Experience in similar position
Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services
- Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;
- Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Working with budgets,planning creating schedules and supervising operations
Requlrements
- B.Sc/HND Hotel Management, Business Administration, 5-8y years experience on the job
- Problem solving: Must think quickly on their feet and make decisions when problems comes up
- Interpersonal Skills: Must be calm and direct in a stressful situation and being able to communicate with many different types of people.
- The ability to think clearly and make quick decisions
- Numeracy and logistical planning skills
