Job Title: Head Grower, Green House

Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for the growth of operations, including developing a detailed plan and timeline for plant production from seed / clone to harvest.
- Initiate and manage harvest schedules to consistently meet the demands of the business.
- Identify and treat infestation, toxicity and deficiency issues in grows
- Provide stewardship, fiscal responsibility, maintain associated equipment. and ensure safe practices are followed, and be responsible for pesticide applications and associated maintenance.
- Position and regulate plant irrigation systems and program environmental and irrigation control computers.
- Responsible for making or overseeing a coordinated IPM (Integrated Pest Management) program in the facilities.
- Determine types and quantities of horticultural plants to be grown, based on budgets, projected sales volumes, or executive directives.

- Select and purchase seeds, plant nutrients, dis ease control chemicals, and garden and lawn care equipment.
- Complete regularly scheduled quality assessment of plants for signs of pests/disease
