Job Title: Senior Accountant

Responsibilities
- Prepare Financial Statements for Management decision.
- Day-to-day management of the Financial and Management Accounting processes.
- Implement approved accounting processes, systems and controls for products and services.
- Ensure all creditors’ balances are diligently & completely recorded and accounted for on a daily basis.
- Render accurate and timely returns to appropriate statutory regulatory authorities in compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Plan, organize and implement accounting operations and objectives; coordinate and integrate activities toward achievement of established goals and objectives.
- Manage the finance and /or accounts department.
General Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering or any other related field.
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years experience in accounts/finance/audit, five (5) of which must have been at senior management level.

Job Title: General Manager, Drilling & Completion

The Ideal Candidate
- The Ideal candidate must have good knowledge of Operational and Technical Practices in an E&P company.
- He is expected have an in-depth knowledge of offshore / swamp drilling, completion, production engineering, optimization of field production and development planning.
- The candidate must be able to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, work in a team environment, and be able to effectively communicate within and outside the company and have great networking experience in the Nigeria and global drilling spheres.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate and manage the overall implementation of Company’s drilling and well completion operations and plans,
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot major drilling and completion challenges.
- Coordinate all drilling and completion activities, ensuring that design and well activities are optimized.
- Steer resource planning to ensure activities are executed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate the preparation of testing/completion programs, including equipment specification and selection as well as flow assurance modelling, and stress analysis etc. for planned jobs.
- Provide continuous drilling rigs forward activities forecast and requirements as related to drilling and well completions.
- Prepare short and medium term revenue forecasts based on projected completion activities for each fiscal year.
- Manage Company’s HSSE policy and procedure as related to drilling and well completions.
- Responsible for directing the execution of appropriate procedures for well drilling projects.
- Prepare cost estimates and controls for drilling and completion activities.
- Must be capable of applying operational, engineering and management principles to resolve problems, including optimizing drilling, completion, work-over, supply chain, logistics, planning and scheduling activities.
- Provide immediate and effective solutions for operational continuity, equipment malfunctions and other onsite problems.
- Must have experience in field development plans, execution and management.
- Liaise with project partners, such as geoscientists and drilling contractors etc.. in order to keep up-to-date on all developments that may have an impact on drilling and well completion activities.
- Ensuring that drilling and well completion operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, with respect to health, security and safety and emergency procedures.
- Must have a proven ability to plan / lead projects and must be able to work under pressure.
- Shall have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to work in multidisciplinary and multi-tasking teams.
- Must be result oriented and committed to company goals.
- Shall be capable of representing the company with regulatory and government agencies.
- Must not be more than 55 years of age.
Qualifications And Required Competencies
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a core Engineering discipline.
- A Master’s degree or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Must have worked in a Senior Supervisory or Managerial position for at least 15 years in a reputable E&P company and overall E&P experience of not less than 20 year with a proven track record of operations management.
- An in-depth knowledge of technical and operational practices and principles of drilling, completion and work-over processes and development planning.
- Must have working knowledge of commonly used and relevant drilling, operations and production management software.
- Ability to prepare work schedules and comprehensive drilling plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Shall be capable of working seamlessly with geoscience, production and reservoir groups in executing drilling/operations engineering solutions.
- Must be capable of providing commercial solutions that deliver optimum hydrocarbon value chain.

- This position requires candidate with vast experience in management, operational, technical and commercial practices in Oil & Gas. FMCG or Financial Institution.
- The candidate must have capacity to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects and work in a team environment.
- The ideal candidate must have worked in a similar role for at least 10 years at Senior Management level in a reputable company and with overall working experience of not less than 25years.
- The candidate will report to the Board and have ultimate responsibility for the Company’s performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate resources both internal and external to ensure the continued growth of the company.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Proficient in geological evaluation, geophysical interpretation. petrophysical interpretation, innovative mapping using wells, seismic, production and reservoir data experience to construct geological/reservoir models etc.
- Provide expertise related to field development plan, reserves assessment, asset acquisition, exploration, appraisal and development strategies.
- Collaborate with exploration geoscientists to ensure all relevant geological and geophysical data is incorporated into field development plans and the execution of field development drilling programs.
- Collaboration with reservoir, drilling & facility engineers in order to orchestrate subsurface dynamics with facility upgrade or constraints.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with reservoir, drilling and facilities engineers to orchestrate subsurface dynamics in support of facility upgrade.
General Qualifications, Experience, Attributes & Skills Required
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Geology / Geophysics (with minimum of second class upper). A Master’s degree in any of these disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in an upstream Company is required for this position.
- Candidate must be proficient in the use of Geoscience software such as Landmark and Petrel environment with ability to evaluate geological and geophysical interpretation using well logs, productjon and reservoir data to construct geological/reservoir models.
- Must be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and ready to travel at very short notice.
- Key accountabilities would be to deliver geological and geophysical elements of exploration, appraisal & field development projects such as exploration / appraisal / development wells, creating and updating an existing reservoir model, which are well scoped and can deliver long term development scenarios.
- Integration of logs & production data, seismic data, static & dynamic models to identify bypass pay, upside potential, work over and drilling candidates.

- Knowledge of the procedures, tools and techniques used in well drilling projects.

- Experience in monitoring day-to-day rig operations during drilling and completions operations, including deployment of effective solutions for operational continuity, equipment malfunctions. and other onsite problems.
- Liaise with project partners, such as geologists and drilling contractors etc, in order to keep up-to-date on all developments that ray have an impact on drilling activities.
- Familiar with statutory and regulatory requirements, with respect to health, security and.safety and emergency procedures.
- Must not be more than 40 years of age.
Ideal Candidates
- Candidate for this position is required to have good knowledge of well engineering, drilling and completions to provide support to company’s operations from the initial design to delivery of a well to production. Candidates must be knowledgeable in drilling and completions practices.
Qualifications And Required Competencies
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in a core Engineering discipline.
- A Master’s degree in any of the relevant Engineering disciplines will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of cognate experience in the industry after graduation, ideally in operations and drilling.

Job Title: Administration Officer

Responsibilities
- Ensuring offices are stocked with necessary supplies and office equipment’s are well maintained.
- Ensure safe, secure and well-maintained facilities that meet environmental, health and Safety Standards.
- Supervising multidisciplinary team of contractors and staff in cleaning, maintenance, heating systems, water systems and electromechanical systems.
- Facilitate and implement servicing and repair of vehicles at optimum cost to meet company objectives.
