Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Review recruitment process and suggest the best option for company needs
- Research and choose job advertising options which work best for the organisation
- Work in partnership with the management to research and design a consistent recruitment strategy
- Filter and evaluate CVs and applications
- Act as a point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Source and select candidates
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g., job advertising)
- Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is important to succeed in this job role
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resource or any related field is needed with 1- 3 years experience as a resourcing officer.
Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Process orders, forms, and application
- Route inbound calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Upsell products and services
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- BSc / HND in Mass Communication, English or related field with 1-2 years post NYSC Experience in a call centre environment
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and Monthly management as well as financial reports (Bank reconciliation)
- Financial management and reporting
- Show true reflection of company's financial status
- Provide sound financial advice to the management
- Cash Flow analysis and Projection (Monthly)
- Staff Payroll Management (Statutory taxes etc)
- Quarterly Budget preparation
- Coordinate all Statutory Obligations - VAT, PAYE, Income TAX
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc. / HND Accounting. Accounting professional experience is an added advantage
