Job Title: Executive Director - Business Development and Corporate Planning Directorate

- This Executive Director shall be leading a team of professionals in sustained, continuous, comprehensive and extensive market research towards investment decisions and portfolio management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will develop and implement various business and financial scenarios and models that will provide data on existing and new business markets and opportunities,
- Develop and implement systems and processes to enable an effecth’emonitonng of performance and identification of gaps with proposed improvements in product quality and service delivery,
- Commission research in the group’s existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- First Degree in Social or Management Sciences
- An MBA or any relevant professional qualification will be added advantage,
- A minimum of 17 years post qualification experience with at least 7 years in a similar Management position,
- Significant experiences in Market Research, Analysis and Product Development
Job Title: Executive Director - Investment Supervision Directorate

- The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and supervision of all the group’s investments to ensure maximum returns.
- He will also develop and manage the investment and risk policy of the group.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Will oversee the analysis and monitoring of market trends to enable an investment decision,
- Direct and control the investment team towards developing/delivering overall investment targets
- He will oversee the development and implementation of the group’s management framework to guide investment decisions.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
- First Degree in Social or Management Sciences
- Professional qualification in Financial Analysis (CFA, CMA, ACCA, ANAN etc.)
- A minimum of 17 years post qualification experience with at least 7 years in a management position.
- Significant experience in Market Analysis and knowledge of relevant national and international markets.
Job Title: Executive Director - Corporate Services

- This position entails the provision of strategic planning, operational support, research and advisory services to the executive and senior management on general administrative matters that include but not limited to human and material resource management towards optimal productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- General Administration of the Organisation, including but not necessarily limited to Human Resource and material management,
- Recommend, implement and review Human Resource Management Policies and Practices,
- Develop and manage the group’s non-operating assets,
- Develop and execute financial policies,
- Monitor and control the group’s financial operations
Qualification, Experience and Applied Skills
- Degree in Social or Management Sciences
- Additional Relevant Qualifications will be an advantage
- A minimum of 15 - 20 years post qualification experience with at least 7 years in a senior management position.
- Cognate experience in management of corporate services or similar role,
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
Job Title: Group Managing Director (GMD)

- Review, drive and implement group-wide budget preparation
- Relate with principal stakeholders of the Company
Qualification, Experience and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; higher degree may be an added advantage
- A minimum of 20 years post-qualification relevant experience with at least 10 years in executive Management position
- Knowledge/Experience in Development Finance and investment
- Versatile in Human Capital Management
- Skilled and talented in Corporate Finance
- Significant knowledge of Principles and Techniques of Management
