Job Title: Cook

Locations: Ijora & Abijo -  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE  / OND qualification
  • 2-3 years proven experience in same position.
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
  • Candidates should be well versed in Nigerian dishes.
  • Must be a resident of this location or immediate environs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under flexible arrangement.
  • Must be able to communicate well, and comprehension skill is of importance.

Work Arrangement:

  • Flexible.

Salary
N35,000 - N40,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Baker

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE  / OND qualification

  • 2-3 years proven experience in same position.
  • Must be able to bake pastries, cakes and bread.
  • Ability to design cakes is an added advantage
  • Must be a resident of this location or immediate environs.

Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Locations: Surulere, Abijo, Ijora, Lekki -  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The kitchen assistant is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is clean and operational. The kitchen assistant is involved in preparing ingredients, cutting and assisting the cook or baker with preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare basic food: wash, peel or skin, chop vegetables, fruit, meat and fish ready for cooking
  • Wash kitchen appliances, pots, pans, work surfaces, floors and walls.
  • Must have a flare for either cooking or baking
  • Prior knowledge of either baking pastries or cooking Nigerian dishes is a must
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas is clean and hygienic
  • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
  • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
  • Disposing of rubbish and organizing linen and kitchen laundry
  • Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
  • Perform any other assignment as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.

Salary
N25,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Store Keeper

Locations: Abijo, Surulere, Lekki, Ijora - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The restaurant storekeeper will be responsible for the maintenance of the restaurant’s store which includes stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records and related duties as required

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a profitable operation by checking all stocks received into and going out of the stores to ensure accurate records are kept in securing the company's assets.
  • Minimize waste of raw material via proper monitoring and stock rotation.
  • Customer Service Management
  • Ensure consistent availability of raw material.
  • Ensure no stock out of raw materials, consumables and stationery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND with prior experience as a Store Keeper
  • 1 - 3 years work experience.
  • Inventory knowledge
  • Excellent numerical skills and ability to communicate well with others
  • Candidates must live close to preferred location

  • Available for immediate resumption.

Job Title: Supervisor

Job Description

  • The Supervisor works with the restaurant manager, standing in for the manager whenever he/she is not available.

Responsibilities

  • To manage the business in order to achieve and maintain high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
  • To manage the facility, maintaining the highest possible standards of product quality and cleanliness.
  • To assist the restaurant manager to ensure regulation of costs and the maximization of sales and profitability.
  • Oversee the outlet staff for optimum efficiency

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Detail oriented, with strong leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under flexible arrangement.
  • Must be a resident of these locations or immediate environs.
  • Ability to thrive for excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • HSE conscious and certification is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

  • Rotational.

Salary
N45,000 monthly.
