Job Title: Food Scientist and Technologist
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Use chemistry, microbiology, engineering, and other sciences to study the principles underlying the processing and deterioration of foods;
- Analyze food content to determine levels of vitamins, fat, sugar, and protein; discover new food sources;
- Research ways to make processed foods safe, palatable, and healthful; and apply food science knowledge to determine best ways to process, package, preserve, store, and distribute food.
Job Requirement and Responsibilities
- OND qualification is required in related fields
- Check raw ingredients for maturity or stability for processing, and finished products for safety, quality and nutritional value.
- Develop food standards and production specifications, safety and sanitary regulations, and waste management and water supply specifications.
- Develop new or improved ways of preserving, processing, packaging, storing, and delivering foods, using knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, and other sciences.
- Search for substitutes for harmful or undesirable additives, such as nitrites.
- Study methods to improve aspects of foods such as chemical composition, flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, and convenience.
- Study the structure and composition of food, or the changes foods undergo in storage and processing.
- Test new products for flavor, texture, color, nutritional content, and adherence to government and industry standards.
- Confer with process engineers, plant operators, flavor experts, and packaging and marketing specialists in order to resolve problems in product development.
Job Title: Export Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Studying the market in the target country or countries
- Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts
- Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends
- Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges
- Meeting with clients here or overseas
- Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets
- Organising licences and other legal requirements for certain products, such as pharmaceuticals
- Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents
- Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum qualification of OND in business or sales related discipline. Higher qualification is an added advantage.
- Administer all sales activities for all export products of organization and ensure achievement of all export sales target and analyze all company objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve same and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.
- Maintain all company distributors for all assign territories and perform regular visits to all sites and provide required training to all staff and forecast all sales volume for various projects and maintain knowledge on all product range.
- Assist to prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assign region and design all organization projects and facilitate in sales for same.
- Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export activities and implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives and administer all merchandise for group brands.
- Design all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate in various exhibitions and seminars and perform tests on all new products and provide training to staff to achieve all goals.
- Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.
- Collaborate with marketing departments to analyze all market activities and manage all communication with technical departments and perform various tests in products and ensure optimal quality of all products and design all export market rules and regulations to mitigate all risks.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and supervise achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same.
- Assist Country Sales Manager to design budget for al expenditures and plan all trade shows as per customer specifications and prepare strategies for all customers to facilitate distribution for same.
- Prepare all contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with all state and federal regulations and evaluate all reports as submitted by sales staff and recommend changes if required and prepare reports for all profitability.
- Provide training to all staff members and evaluate all sales and service programs and maintain effective relationships with all customers to establish appropriate product requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
Job Title: Agricultural Consultant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Corresponding with clients to identify and evaluate their business or technical requirements.
- Measuring performance and analysing data such as crop yield.
- Attending meetings, organising seminars, classes, farm demonstrations and group sessions.
- Writing advisory leaflets, technical notes, press releases and articles.
- Completing planning applications.
- Handling the business, compliance and paperwork issues surrounding modern farming.
- Undertaking administrative duties, managing budgets and accounts, updating information, and preparing reports.

Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification of an OND in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Horticulture and Forestry is needed.

Job Title: Delivery Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Helping to load goods into the van for delivery to customers
- Making sure that the goods are loaded securely and will not move or get damaged in transit
- Helping to find the best route for the journey by map reading or using either satellite navigation (satnav) or global positioning system (GPS) software
- Guiding the van driver to reverse and park
- Unloading the van and carrying the goods into the customer’s premises or home
- Getting POD (point of delivery) signatures and perhaps taking payment or orders
- Building or assembling furniture or other equipment on site in some cases
- Helping to clean the vehicle.
Job Responsibilities And Requirements
- A minimum qualification of FSLC is required.
- You might travel locally or over longer distances.
- You have to spend a lot of time sitting in the van during long journeys.
- You will be moving and lifting heavy orbulky goods.
- You may have to work evenings and weekends.
- You might wear protective clothing and possibly a uniform.
- You may have to spend nights away from home.
- A good general education is useful, including a reasonable standard in English and maths.
- Some knowledge of vehicle mechanics can be helpful.
- You need to be fit to lift heavy loads.
- A driving licence is preferred and often required. If you are going to learn to drive, you must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a driving licence.
