Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Ensure all clients are responded to within 20 minutes of messaging on all platforms.
  • See that order items are attended to on all platforms.
  • See to it that items are sold out through the proper channel
  • Always prompt he Procurement team within 4 hours of any product out of stock order and lowe stock goods so that they can be promptly replaced.
  • Attend to others duties that may be assigned.
  • Attend to all phone calls and text messages.
  • Promptly escalate issues to the team, lead Customer Service.
  • Mondays to Saturdays: 8am - 8pm
  • Sundays: 12pm to 6pm
  • 6 off days in a month
  • Proximity: Akoka, Yaba, Bariga, Shomolu.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / SSCE / GCE / NECO
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years.

Salary

  • N25,000 - N55,000 monthly.

 

 



Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Prices of items on website
  • Upload new image of items
  • Upload new products on website
  • Delete or hide product as instructed
  • Manage Instagram page
  • Ensure products are updated and uploaded within 24hrs of procurement
  • Weekly check third party website to update prices and upload new products
  • Assist the Team lead, Digital marketing manager in order duty assigned.
  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.
  • Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Working Hours: 8am - 8pm
  • Working Days: Monday - Saturday
  • Benefits: 2 Off in A Month

Job Title: Communications & Community Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description and Responsibilities
Communications:

  • Develop overall communications strategy.
  • Develop and edit communication materials like newsletters, blogs, press releases and similar marketing materials in order to promoteproducts and services.
  • Implement communication plan in order to increase brand awareness, incorporating other digital marketing efforts
  • Measure and analyze current communications efforts.
  • Oversee and allocate the annual communications budget and ensure its use is fully maximised.
  • Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and innovative strategies.

Community Building and Engagement:

  • Engaging and building a strong, satisfiedcommunity by educating, curating actionable information, and listening to their feedback especially on Telegram and Twitter.
  • Identifying and fostering relationships with key users and influencers in order to get them to promote the brand.
  • Identify specific challenges for community growth and retention in your market and propose solutions.
  • Conducting research, through Polls and feedback from customers across all platforms and translating insights into actions and recommendations that will drive brand sentiment, communications, marketing strategy, user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Social Media Management:

  • Leadoverall social media strategy across multiple channels.
  • Run smart social media campaigns for various product launches.
  • Generate compelling visual assets for appropriate channels, especially Instagram.
  • Create and keep up with content calendars and schedules.
  • Monitor, measure and analyze the performance of content using tracking, data analytics, and third-party measurement tools.
  • Driving engagement by incorporating pop culture into the stock market.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams (Product and Design) to stay aligned on product launches, campaigns, and branding.
  • Develop a style and tone guide forSocial Media voice.
  • Respond to questions and lead conversations on channels, especially Twitter.
  • Creating content concepts and strategies for our social media and writing their copies.
  • Coordinate and liaise with the Support team as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 3 - 7 years work experience.
