  • Invent new fashion and printing initiatives for outstanding and extraordinary performances
  • Develop new business relationships, generate and gain new business leads, opportunities and contacts and negotiate new lines of revenue
  • Lead the identification and development of improved recruitment and retention approaches
  • Oversee staff development
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Review company policies vis-à-vis best practice and propose revisions
  • Liaise with external partners, like e-commerce platforms, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years minimum
  • Candidate must be an HR professional with:

Requirements
  • Candidate should possess a Degree in a course of study related to Advertising or Marketing. Prior work experience in a related role is an added advantage. In addition, applicant should possess the following personal attributes:
