Job Title: Operations Officer/Teller
Location: Ogun
Main Tasks
- Account deposits and withdrawals
- Cheque transactions
- Receive and verify loan repayment amount
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls & established policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of OND
- A minimum of 1-3 year(s) experience
- Experience in handling higher-volume cash transactions is an asset

Job Title: Relationship Officer
Location: Ekiti
Department: Business Development
Job Summary
- To form and manage group of clients for the purpose of accessing
credit from the bank and also to collect loan and savings instalments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Creates and manages new groups, Majorly women, for the purpose of accessing credit.
- Attend group weekly meetings for the purpose of collecting savings and loan repayments while managing new members.
- To prepare credit proposal for each structured group after the group eligibility criteria are met.
- Work towards achieving minimum of twenty groups within the first four months.
- Ensure that all members of each group make complete payments of weekly instalments.
- Maintain good relationships with corresponding banks.
Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a related discipline. OND/NCE with a minimum of 3 year group lending experience can as well applied.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year group lending experience is essential for Bachelor's degree or HND holders.
Technical Knowledge Required:
- Excellent industry knowledge.
- Group lending Knowledge.
- Knowledge of competition.

Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Ekiti
Department: Business Development
Job Summary (Job Objective)
- To be responsible for branch operations and have full financial
and management authority in the branch office. To coordinate and guide
the staff in the branch.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall planning and inspection of groups’ formation before approval.
- Review process and approves loan application forms and
personally disburses loans, and is actively involved in collecting
repayments.
- Engage in the planning and preparation of members and group
savings, credit programs and overall financial plan of the branch and
implement it accordingly subject to approval limits.
- Ensure achievement of branch’s monthly disbursement target.
- Visit at least two groups daily to verify figures in pass books and the bank’s records noting anomalies and ensure corrections.
- Coordinate and supervise branch staff.
- Provide feedbacks to management based on findings during visits to group members.
- Carryout other responsibilities as may be defined by the bank’s policy.
