Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Our Commercial manager would coordinate commercial teams and collaborate with contract managers to resolve contractual and commercial issues
- This mostly involves contract negotiation, project planning, and risk management
- A perfect talent would have the duty of overseeing expenses and revenue to create financial returns and business growth
- We require candidates who are self-motivated because this role is fast paced,
Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc in Finance, Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related study is required
- A minimum of 5 years experience in related role
- A good understanding of and experience with market research and negotiation

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop Relationships with Clients

- Oversee and Direct Contractors
- Monitor Regulations
- Making sure stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations, and also determine when processes violate regulations.
- Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
Salary Range
- N250,000 - N400,000/month.
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Abuja
Travel: West Africa
Primary Objectives
New Market Research:
- Identify Potential Areas, Analyze the market, develop market strategy and concept, feasibility analysis etc.
- Map, develop and maintain relationships with various stake holders of MEP business such as MEP Consultants, Architects, PMCs, Large Civil / EPC companies, Specialist vendors etc.
- Work with key contacts / consultants to identify the commercial and legal operating options.
- Identify and track opportunities well in advance of floating an enquiry in market and work with customer to understand their need, define future requirements.
Synchronizing efforts:
- Work closely with sales / tendering and marketing professionals, to identify the new opportunities and increase consumer base in various sectors.
- Identify the needs of current and prospective customers. Works with the sales / tendering team when appropriate, to introduce, recommend, present and/or demonstrate our solutions and services that will meet those needs.
- Manage, plan and execute all local arrangements for marketing activities, tradeshows, product launch and conferences.
- Take lead in marketing communications and lead generating activities to further develop the brand in the market place.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years in Business Development/Sales/Key Account Management in Engineering / construction / Power Electronics / EPC company, having strong inclination to build sustained relationships + Sound technical knowledge in MEP + Good Executive Presence and Personality to carry Company Image.

Salary Range
N350,000 - N450,000/Month
Job Title: Electrical Estimation Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Travel: International (West Africa)
Primary Objectives
Tendering/Estimation:
- Understanding of Electrical Tender specifications and the international standards
- Understanding of Tender GCC & SCC
- Costing of Tenders
- Good Network of Electrical Vendors
- Tender submissions as per timelines
- Able to do quantification of Lumsum Tenders
- Having design knowledge to do design-built tenders
- Having project execution experience will be an added advantage
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years in Tendering & estimation in Engineering / construction / EPC company, having Sound technical knowledge in Electrical + Good Executive Presence and Personality to carry Company Image.
Competencies:

Salary Range
