Redstar Support Services is the outsourcing arm providing human capital and facilities for the banking, oil & gas and the multi-national institutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Executive

Location: Airport Road - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Commercial Executive to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships in our HR Outsourcing and Logistics Services division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR outsourcing and logistics services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
• Manage client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong network and connections in the industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in HR outsourcing, logistics, or related industries
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
