We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Clerical Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Attend to clients enquiry and process them by redirecting same to appropriate authorized personel
  • Answer phone calls and follow up calls on appointments and deliveries.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Running errand for CEO, supervise menial workers and reponsible for a clean office environment.
  • Dispatch responsibility, file management and any other assignment management require of him.
  • Maintaining and updating company records.
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess OND qualification with 2-6 years work experience

Salary
N30,000 - N35,000 / Month.
