Job Title: Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island / Banana Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of real estate projects from start to finish, ensuringtimely and budget-compliant completion.
• Managing on-site construction activities and coordinating with subcontractors and other professionals.
• Managing resources efficiently and monitoring project costs.
• Preparing progress reports and maintaining clear communication with all project team members.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team.
• Ensuring work is carried out according to approved designs and safety standards.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction and implementing quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 7 - 10 years relevant work experience.
