A fast growing Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) needs enterprising
and goal- oriented staff with excellent communication and computer
skills for the vacant position of:
Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Nigeria
Requirements
- Candidates must have broad knowledge of healthcare finance and
operations, executive leadership and managerial skills within health
management, finance and insurance industry.
- Must have 5 - 10 years of senior management level experience gained with HMO or other health services setting.
- Excellent background in marketing of health insurance products,
technical, underwriting, financial reporting, credit control, human
resources, exceeding target income budget and sound business development
skills.
- Proven ability to grow revenues, measure and improve
productivity outcomes and performance, develop people with
organizational visions, generate profit with tactful risks management.
Qualifications
- MBBS, B.Sc/HND, certifications. All applicants must have MBA.
- Physicians and health professionals with MBA are preferred.
