The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria was established as an umbrella Association for Practitioners of Personnel Management in 1968 as the Personnel Management Association of Nigeria. In 1973, it was renamed as Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Finally, Act No 58 of 1992 chartered the Institute. We are recruiting to fill the positions below:   Job Title: ICT Specialist Location: Lagos Job Type: Full-Time Details

  • Reporting to the Head Corporate Services, the successful candidate would be required to provide technical   leadership, foresight and senior level ICT advice and information to meet needs and guide strategic and operational decision-making of the organization.
Role Highlights
  • Building on, implementing and communicating the organization ICT strategy, operational plan, policies, procedures, systems and tools, ensuring these are tailored and adapted to suit the realities and needs across all levels of the organization.
  • Providing a secure and efficient network infrastructure to support organization software and systems.
  • Recommend strategies, policies and procedures as they relate to IT systems and infrastructure by evaluating the outcomes, identifying problems, assessing trends and anticipating requirements.
  • Work with appropriate staff/managers/fora on developing ICT strategy and annual operational plan, ensuring synergy with organization strategy and direction.
  • Ensure that an adequate plan for disaster recovery and carrying out back-ups of the organization’s data is maintained and has been effectively implemented;
  • Management and support of the organization telephone system (including deployment and support of VoIP and unified telecommunications solutions across multiple/international locations where required)
  • Ensure the efficient, secure and effective operation and performance of the organization network across all locations;
  • Provide technical guidance and updates to other staff as required.
  • Lead the negotiation and delivery of Service Level Agreements with external service providers and ensuring that SLAs are achieved to a high standard, taking corrective action in line with agreed strategies and plans
Job Requirements Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline; Relevant IT Management, Enterprise and Security Certification
Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization

      Job Title: Research Analyst Location: Lagos Job Type: Full Time Job Description
  • Reporting to Team Lead Research, the successful candidate would be required to support the research team with identifying, analysing opportunities and providing support in data gathering and conducting research.
Role Highlights:
  • Design high-quality research studies, evaluation projects, and reports.
  • Plan a strategy for accessing and analyzing the data and for displaying the results.
  • Research, analyze and present data, prepare information for delivery to a range of audiences in varying formats e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, booklets, web-based applications.
  • Support the administration of wide range of research projects alongside the research team, employing a range of different research methodologies.
  • Summarize, compute, analyze, and graph the data, including the use of appropriate descriptive and inferential statistical procedures.
  • Conduct comparative analysis of data such as: Descriptive of results from those of earlier time periods; Compare the results among demographic subsets of the information; Compare a sample of results to similar results of other agencies’ or organizations’ reports.
  • Estimate the impact and value of the information on achieving the mission and provide feedback on improvement areas as appropriate.
Job Requirements Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business management/administration, marketing or related discipline, ACIPM or equivalent.

      Job Title: Team Lead, Consulting Location: Lagos Job Type: Full Time Job Description
  • Reporting to Head, Learning and Consulting, the successful candidate would ensure overall accountability for delivery of consulting engagements and services to the standards.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the marketing of the organization consulting services
  • Ensure overall accountability for delivery of consulting engagements and services to the standards of the organization.
  • Acts as primary liaison with client lead/team and manage the day-to-day activity of the consultancy team and third-party service partners to develop and implement strategies and solutions on behalf of the client.
  • Actively participates in growing existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and developing and implementing new sustainability services/products.
  • Provides strategic consultation and support to clients in the formulation and implementation of HR strategies.

      Job Title: Learning Program Design Specialist Location: Lagos Job Type: Full-Time Description
  • Reporting to Head, Learning and Consulting, the successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring that all learning program deliveries are in line with the professional’s need, training guidelines and competency levels.
Role Highlights
  • Develops, formats and edits training content and eLearning tutorials in accordance with contractual requirements, established quality and timeline standards, and at the direction of clients and provider trainers.
  • Reviews existing training materials for the purpose of modifying, revising and/or rewriting by staying up-to-date on HR industry L&D standards and continues developing skills for project management, performance assessment and adult learning.
  • Lead and manage projects to improve learning lifecycle operations.
  • Reviews final product for physical presentation and intelligibility to ensure quality.
  • Develop and drive framework in order to scope new programs.
  • Do regular analysis and planning for our learning programs data to determine best practices.
  • Oversee the effective delivery of trainings and monitoring of evaluation outcomes, ensuring the delivery of qualitative solutions
  • Adequate management of all clients during the business year including feedback management, evaluation of training effectiveness, measurement on Return on Investment (ROI) and maintain a cutting edge.
