Job Title: Cellular Communications Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be able to perform reconciliation for the products and partner settlement, providing support to the Lead, reconciliation, and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Handling cellular connection for head office only for existing and new (Airtel & Glo), reconciliation, payments, data/voice upload, and daily troubleshooting.
• Attend to all partner payment queries and ensure they are resolved promptly.
• Liaise with Telecommunications relationship managers to ensure reconciled funds are transferred to the account.
• Avaya (Intercom) payments follow-up.
• IPNEX payments follow-up.
• NIN registrations for expatriates
• Liaison with cellular companies.
• Identify and resolve settlement discrepancies and outstanding.
• Identify and recoup funds from Technical Payment glitches.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any discipline
• 2-3 years of proven experience in the same capacity or similar
• Must be smart, presentable, and very good with MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
