- Manages multiple projects at a time
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Conversant in defining the scope, detailing of each items, well versed in Documentation and Internal requirement gathering.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate with Certifications in Project Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Telecom Billing Project Management
- Skills & Domain - MS Project, Oracle & Telecom Billing Domain Understanding.
Job Title: Procurement Executive
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Description
- The executive role is to identify new CPE and MIFI devices, accessories, SIM cards etc. in WH. Person should handle the end-to-end and work closely with our Technical team to understand their needs in advance.
- Key deliverable is to ensure abundant device options with company based on organization dynamic requirement.
- The person will handle all PO creation work in Tally including MIS. Will get the JIRA access to convert PR to Procurement Order within his fixed SLA/ Timelines.
Responsibilities
- Exposure on sourcing LTE devices such as smartphone, Modems, MiFi, and SIM cards work closely with Procurement head.
- Procurement Order Creation and MIS in Tally SW.
- Keep track of every stock available in WH, DC’s as well as Shops along with the distribution and generated MIS report on daily basis.
- Vendor evaluation: Terminals feature and field-testing including coordination with other departments for Sample testing for new devices.
- Sample Device record and inventory management.
- Assistance to device technical team for troubleshooting,
- Keeping data base for Daily testing and repairs of faulty devices
- Coordinate with technical team to get USIM testing and configuration parameters for ICCID, IMSI, KI, OPC, and configuration.
- Liaising with IT team for CRM updating.
- Maintain and implement processes and procedures for Procurement Order distribution.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration with technical, Sales, marketing, admin and supply chain and responsible for distribution of devices accordingly.
- Keep a track of every Procurement Order deliveries released from Procurement department.
Qualification and Expertise Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Ware House Management / Telecommunications / Commerce (B.Sc / HND)
- At least 3 years work experience with Tier-1 operator in sourcing device as well as WH management.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in telecommunication industry
- Expert in advance Excel and MIS
- Excellent communication and team management skills.

Locations: Ikeja, Surulere - Lagos
Job Functions
- Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Area Sales Manager.
- Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with all dealers.
- Monitor dealers’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the dealers reach their monthly targets.
- Develop and execute action plans in case the dealer falls behind on his/her monthly target.
- Identify and recruit new customers, both, in wholesale and retail.
- Remit all cash collected on behalf of the dealer to the dealer without fail.
- Perform daily reconciliation of dealer stocks sold through redistribution.
- Monitor and report activities of beverage competitors (trade and consumer pricing, promo schemes, new products, etc.).
Requirements
Below criteria are must:
- HND / B.Sc. Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of Van Sales Experience
- Good Driving skills with active driving licenses/permit and must have a good knowledge of the Nigeria roads
- Must be able to use Smart phones and have good knowledge of sales applications.
