Call Centre Representative at Choice Dental

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Call Centre Representative

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Responsibilities (Others may be Assigned)

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Associate's Degree from ADA accredited dental hygienist school; Current State Licensure; CPR Certification; Preferred one-year dental experience.
  • 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Certified in anesthesia and/or Sedation, if appropriate.

  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  • Basic familiarity with dental terminology

  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of dental clinic processes and operations is required
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced.
  • Computer literacy

Salary
N64,000 - N96,000 monthly.
