Job Title: Call Center Team Lead

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A call centre team lead will be directly responsible for managing a team of call centre agents.
  • He / She has the enviable responsibility of trying to improve the performance of each individual employee in the team to help meet the organisation’s goals and complete a range of administrative and management tasks.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of BSc / HND in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years proven experience in a commercial Bank or Fintech (in a similar role) is required.
  • Leadership, relationship management, problem-solving, creative intelligence, analytical intelligence and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer (especially in the use of MS Office Suite).
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
