  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. MSc/MBA is an added advantage.

  • Proven experience in the sale of IT solutions to BANKS
  • Demonstrate proven sales results.
  • Must have strong network of influence in the relevant field of specialization.
  • Great sales strategy, skills and tactics.

  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling of Banking Solutions.
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecast for future projects.
  • Eager to expand company with new sales and territories.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Currently existing business relationship with Executive Management and members of the C-Suite level at all Tier one Banking Institutions.

Duties
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contracts requirements with business operations.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with strategies and operations.
  • Create a winning strategy on future projects, and give advice to management.
  • Scout for and create new relationships in the banking industry.
  • Execution of sales pitches.
  • Using existing network of contacts to generate new businesses.
  • Create, correspond and maintain network with concerned parties.
  • Gather and analyse information about new projects, markets trends and writing comprehensive reports.
  • Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients at different levels.
  • Manage records of sales, revenue and other important data.
  • Attending networking events.
  • Review timeframes and budgets.
