Job Title: Business Development Manager (Banking IT Solutions)
Location: Lagos
Education/Experience/Essential Skills/General Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. MSc/MBA is an added advantage.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with challenges.
- Proven experience in the sale of IT solutions to BANKS
- Demonstrate proven sales results.
- Must have strong network of influence in the relevant field of specialization.
- Great sales strategy, skills and tactics.
- Goal oriented, and an organised team player.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling of Banking Solutions.
- Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecast for future projects.
- Eager to expand company with new sales and territories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Currently existing business relationship with Executive Management and members of the C-Suite level at all Tier one Banking Institutions.

Duties
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contracts requirements with business operations.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with strategies and operations.
- Create a winning strategy on future projects, and give advice to management.
- Scout for and create new relationships in the banking industry.
- Execution of sales pitches.
- Using existing network of contacts to generate new businesses.
- Create, correspond and maintain network with concerned parties.
- Gather and analyse information about new projects, markets trends and writing comprehensive reports.
- Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients at different levels.
- Manage records of sales, revenue and other important data.
- Attending networking events.
- Review timeframes and budgets.
