Our system relieves our clients from the hassle and stress of physically paying for power at energy distribution companies' stands and offices. Our services are available 24 hours every single day. From the comfort of your homes and offices, you can buy power that is automatically reflected on your meters and consequently avoid any outages associated with power units being consumed completely. Our systems literally empower you to control when, where, and how you pay for power.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • Our Company is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to establish and maintain strong business relationships with Agents, and distributors, facilitate bulk purchases of our products from organizations/entities, and explore new business opportunities in the Meter Vending Industry or Meter Asset Provider Industry.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing and developing commercial and strategic relationships with vendors and external partners in accordance with the company’s business objective, strategic goals, and strategies.
  • Achieve all revenue goals for assigned coverage areas by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers, agents, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy and plan to focus both on the business’s financial gain (achieving set targets) and customer satisfaction.
  • Advise on strategic industry partnerships, and network with partners at various levels in the marketplace to develop a sustainable long-term business relationship with sought-after clients and partners.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of the product to customers to satisfy their needs, through effective communication with relevant stakeholders and the development of solutions that satisfy those needs through viable partnerships.
  • Have periodic stakeholder meetings with management in resolving customers conflict resolutions.
  • Effectively plan, monitor, and oversee the sales team, marketers, mobile cashiers, and merchants in your regions to ensure consistency and achieve the Sales Target and strategic goals of the company.
  • Assist with the creative ideas and design, negotiation, and placement of advertising materials on all social media platforms, on TV and Radio, and email blasts.
  • Manage the activities of the customer Support Officer for effective customer complaint management and resolutions.
  • Deliver all Pay4power marketing tasks to achieve individual in your team and overall team Sales Targets.
  • Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interest, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop proposals, letters, and quotations for both prospective clients and already existing clients.
  • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills, especially the entry-level staff into valuable salespeople in your team.
  • Provide regular, formal, and informal feedback on identified gaps in direct reports’ performance and recommend appropriate solutions to the management.
  • Keep proper records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide timely and regular daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic reports and updates on overall business performance relative to the growth strategy and plan to the Managing Director.
  • In conjunction with the legal department, help to any extent required in the preparation of sales contracts and ensuring adherence to the law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Perform other job-related functions as may be required by the Management.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution is compulsory
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven partnership or account management experience.
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to Negotiate and manage relationships.
  • Decision-making skills
  • Technical Skills.
  • Candidate must reside in Abuja.
  • Experience in a Fintech or electrical industry is an added advantage
  • Experience in delivering partner-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / Month.
