Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Details

  • We are looking for a results-driven Business development manager with excellent interpersonal skills to take the initiative in finding potential customers, developing client relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process to find the service that can best satisfy their needs.
  • You will recommend appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
  • You need to have excellent communication skills and must be well-versed in the art of B2B sales and negotiation. You should also be able to implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads
  • Advising customers on service benefits
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Track progress and developments through customer relationship management
  • Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers to present company services
  • Follow up with new and existing clients

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 8 years work experience.

Salary

  • N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
