Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Industry: Information Technology

Responsibilities
This role is instrumental to ensuring the Target and KPIs of the Branch for the company is achieved. Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Plan and implement sales and administrative strategy.
  • Ensure a realistic sales targeting regime.
  • Develop others to deliver at their best - HP Coaching.
  • Must be able to work, Influence and integrate the team.
  • Problem solver, Quick learner, planning, highly detail conscious.
  • Have a huge passion for growing and developing others.
  • Coach, Motivate and Discipline the branch team.
  • Plan and manage branch team according to agreed targets which must be met
  • Ensure availability of presales resource for all solutions at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • An MBA / M.Sc is key to this role.
  • Graduate calibre with minimum of 5 years commercial experience gained across Sales/Enterprise marketing/Business Mgt/Leadership roles with a good track record of performance.
  • Must be used to delivery sales tragets of not less than N3b.
  • Good managerial and leadership skills.
  • Previous Experience in a similar IT environment is an added advantage.
  • Fantastic Presentation and Report Writing Skills.
  • Time management and Organizational Skills.
  • Analysis and Evaluation Skills
  • Good IT Skills.
  • Good Knowledge of the Region’s Market is a must.
  • Good network of the Port Harcourt Enterprise market.
  • Good communication skill-written and verbal, Good interpersonal skill essential
  • Healthy and physical fit.
  • A good driver with valid driving license.
  • Very good presentation Skills.
  • Valid Nigerian Passport.
  • Must have good network of the market.
  • Must be based in Port Harcourt.
