Job description

  • Identify viable sales channels within region
  • Develop criteria for selection of third-party stockists
  • Manage sales representatives, including training, coaching and mentoring, supporting in sales activities, and tracking results
  • Maintain relationships with key third-party stockists within region
  • Maintain a log/schedule of delivery dates for registered distributors
  • Take a periodic inventory products
  • Track and trace goods while en-route to their destinations
  • Prepare weekly reports of supply-chain activities
  • Timeliness in delivery of goods to distributors

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in numerate field
  • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
  • Knowledge in store keeping and distribution
  • Competence in supply chain management
  • Good customer relationship management
  • Sound inventory management experience
  • Excellent negotiation, IT and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
