DigiGidi Realty Company is a new but full spectrum Real Estate solution company, headquartered in Lagos, with growing interest across the Nigerian market. DRC Ltd was incorporated in 2012 to offer property management, Insurance and Agency brokerage services and in 2014 began operation by inaugurating the Real Estate Exchangers and Agents initiative. The mission of the initiative was to organize entities and individuals with interests in Real Estate into an integrated unit that will take the industry to an international level of professionalism and performance.   • This is a sales role and you should have the ability and experience in closing deals directly for Leasing and / or Sales of properties.
  • Ability to work on targets, commission and deadlines is essential. A strong track record in achieving sales targets will be expected.
Duties
  • Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
  • Coordinate property inspections
  • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
  • Supervise real estate agents
  • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
  • Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
  • Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
  • Evaluate the clients desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
  • Provide information regarding legal guidelines, Insurance premium rates, specifications and property availability
  • Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
Candidate Profile Required
  • Only those candidates will be considered who have sales experience with Real Estate Developers, Agencies or Life Insurance firms
  • Excellent communication in English and pleasing personality essential
  • Knowledge of Insurance will be an advantage.
  • Presentable, young, confident, enthusiastic, pro-active and an assertive individuals with a good knowledge of the sales process
  • 2 to 10 years of experience in direct sales required preferably in Real Estate in Lagos state.
  • Between the age group of 25-35 years old
