Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and assess potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to expand the company’s market footprint.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive property sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the company’s luxury properties.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored luxury real estate solutions.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's brand and offerings.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
