Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Conduct customer intelligence to support bids and tender activities.
  • Actively seek out, identify, and evaluate potential sales opportunities, partners, and clients in line with overall company strategy.
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Devise marketing materials and tools to support business development and sales.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Plan and execute new initiatives and strategies for businessexpansion
  • Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose Deovolente Energy Services.
  • Negotiate business contracts with clients and ensure profitability.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Business developmentroles, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with procurement and logistics processes is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
