Job Title: Branch Manager

Location:  Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We seek a visionary and results-driven Branch Manager for our Ikoyi, Lagos office.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategic growth initiatives, raising capital, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • This role is key to expanding NCDF’s portfolio across various sectors, including impact investing, renewable energy, and socio-economic development.
  • As the Branch Manager, you will lead capital-raising efforts, develop key partnerships, and ensure that the branch operates effectively to achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Ikoyi branch.
  • Drive capital-raising efforts to support NCDF’s initiatives, including sourcing investors and building relationships with financial partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business and capital-raising targets in alignment with NCDF Group’s mission.
  • Manage branch financials, ensuring operational efficiency and budgetary control.
  • Implement capacity-building programs to support the growth of local businesses and entrepreneurs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the branch team to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, investors, and entrepreneurs.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Financial Management, Business Development, and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of the financial sector and investment practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-making abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
