Job Title: Bookkeeper / Admin Officer

Job Description

  • The Bookkeeper / Admin is responsible for managing financial records, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the day-to-day operations of Fast Gas and Fast Logistics.
  • This role ensures the smooth functioning of the company's administrative processes and maintains accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support the CEO and other departments with administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Process payroll and handle tax-related documentation
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling and correspondence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
