Job Title: Bid & Regulatory Compliance Officer

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Evaluate/interpret technical and commercial tenders and produce a complaint proposal or offer more suitable alternatives where appropriate.
• Organize tender (including ensuring that all regulatory documentation is up to date) review and bid preparation/proposal activities.

Job Description / Requirements

• Preparation of bidding documents
• Responding to request for quotation
• Responding to the expression of interest
• Ensure that all Invitation to tender is responded to in record time
• Manage internal resources in executing supplies
• Coordinate deliveries
• Keep records of all budgets won from bidding processes
• Provide key regulatory advice and assurance to the Business on all matters that pertain to Compliance risk management and controls.
• Preparation of quotations according to specifications of clients, budget, preferences, etc
• Interface with Vendors or OEMs to get the best prices
• Follow through with all procurement processes
• Source for viable tendering and contract opportunities
• Manage Vendor Selections
• Record Keeping of all statutory documents and follow-up for registration/compliance in ample time

Requirements

• Educational Background: A Degree in Finance, Business Management or a related field is required.

Industry experience:

• Exposure and working experience with an oil firm for at least 2-3 years
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Remuneration
N120,000 - N150,000 salary plus other incentives
