Job Title: Audley / Personal Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
  • handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
  • flexible to work at anytime.
  • Source personal supplies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and itineraries.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
