Job Title: Administrative / Operations Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative/Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our office.
  • This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support the operations team in executing various projects and tasks.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Male, not more than 25 years old.
  • Must reside within Ikeja or its environs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum of an HND or OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role.
