Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja

Job Summary

  • We are looking to employ an Administrative Officer to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical duties.
  • She will be responsible for documentation and filling, scheduling appointments , preparing and typing reports
  • Answer telephone calls, handling orders, managing inventory.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel/ Power Point/Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably an NYSC member.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems
