Job Summary

  • We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our business.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and comfortable with administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Maintain records and databases
  • Assist with client communications and customer support.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
