We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the office's monthly imprest account, ensuring accurate financial tracking and providing timely reports to the team lead.
  • Manage files, documents, and office supplies
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Assist with data entry and bookkeeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with learners at the Institute, ensuring their needs are met. Let me know if you need any further assistance
  • Provide administrative support to the office team

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a WEAC or OND qualification with 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Female
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
