We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Admin / Store Officer Location: Abuja
Job Description
  • We are looking to hire self-motivated and driven individual who are goal orientated and can work with minimal supervision as Admin / Store Officer
Responsibilities The ideal candidate must be able to:
  • Attend all employee queries and channel it down to the Human Resources department
  • Manage all office supplies, stocks and place order.
  • Assist in recruitment process by carrying out necessary documentations on new employee
  • Perform store and some finance related activities.
  • Monitor and take proper care of all office assets and equipments.
  • Prepare regular report on expenses and office budget
  • Manage all company vehicles in that location
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of office management software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organization skills with problem solving attitude
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to relocate to Abuja.
  • B.Sc or HND in any Social or Management Science Course
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in the role
