We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Accountant / Administrative Officer

Location: Umuchu - Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Track the day to day financial transactions of the organization
    • Process invoices,
    • Records payments, and
    • Track expenses
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Act as the point of contact for all employees.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handle queries related to accounts.
  • Cross-check expense with the corresponding invoice, to ensure that the billing is accurate.
  • Manage the front desk among others.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Account Officer is also an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skill
  • HND / B.Sc in Accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a MUST
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software will be an added advantage.
