Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be a core leader who possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
  • They should be comfortable multitasking as they would be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns among several clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the account management in the agency and ensure the account management department is running smoothly.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding the client's marketing needs and recommending branding/ advertising solutions where necessary.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
  • Develop and understand clients' briefs; debrief the internal agency team and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
  • Act as the link between the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both while ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • handle budgets, manage campaign costs, and invoice clients
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns alongside set objectives and develop campaign reports upon the campaign's conclusion.
  • Develop presentation documents and participate in pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5-6 years of marketing/advertising experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, most especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong Presentation and Pitching Skills
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
