3 - 6 Month Chef Vacancy in an International Food Franchise Company in Lagos

An international food franchise is looking for a qualified and experienced chef preferably at an
executive level to perform product development and recipe testing as well as training of staff on new product, recipes, cooking methods etc.

The position will be based in Lagos, Nigeria and will be for a period of 3 to 6 months based on experience. Interested applicants must have a valid passport and be able to travel in January 2016.

The applicant must have extensive knowledge and experience in the following specific areas:

• Pizza recipes and preparation
• Patisserie and baking
• New product development and recipe construction
• Grilled chicken and tex mex style recipes and preparation
• New product development

$2000.00 a month depending on experience
