Technical Author Duties & Responsibilities

The role and function of a Technical Author includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Collating and verifying information
  • Writing, editing and proofreading text
  • Creating and editing pictures and diagrams
  • Producing indexes and catalogues.
  • Liaison with other staff such as printers, photographers and translators
